The Singapore Business Federation (SBF) delegation’s final stop was at INFINITY8, an award-winning co-working space led by entrepreneur Lee Sheah Liang. In just three months, INFINITY8’s newest office space in Mid Valley Southkey Johor Bahru achieved an occupancy rate of 75%, showcasing remarkable adaptability and growth.

More than just an office space, INFINITY8 has become a symbol of opportunity, offering an attractive gateway for businesses keen on tapping into Malaysia’s cost-effective workforce.

During their visit to INFINITY8, the delegation received insights from Joe Chong, CEO of ASQ Consulting Group. His presentation unveiled a captivating trend – Chinese manufacturing companies are expanding their operations into Malaysia, navigating evolving trade dynamics.

Chong shared real examples of Chinese firms adopting co-working offices and virtual setups in Malaysia. The key takeaway was Malaysia’s simplified process for business licenses and permits, making it an attractive choice for foreign enterprises.
