Randstad – a global recruitment agency and HR solutions company – today announced the internal promotion of Fahad Naeem from Head of Operations to Country Director at Randstad Malaysia.

Naeem first joined Randstad back in 2012 in the company’s early days in Malaysia. He later returned in 2018 as a strategic and ambitious move to grow and deepen our technology recruitment capabilities. Through his stellar management capabilities and business development strategies, Fahad was promoted to Associate Director of Technology in January 2020 to expand our service streams to include banking and financial technology recruitment solutions.
Since then, Fahad has stepped up to the challenge to navigate our business during the turbulent healthcare crisis that put the world to a halt. A testament to his strong deliverables and business management skills, Fahad was promoted to Head of Operations to directly oversee our business operations in the same year.
In his new remit, Naeem will continue to report to Jaya Dass, Managing Director of Randstad Singapore and Malaysia.
