Pulled Chicken Sandwich

You will need a can of Ayam Brand Pulled Chicken Mayonnaise, four slices of wholemeal bread, a handful of Japanese cucumber that has been sliced lengthwise, a handful of thinly sliced carrot, and a handful of thinly sliced purple cabbage and 5 lettuce leaves.
- To assemble, place a sheet of wax paper or parchment on a plate. While this step is optional, it saves time on clean-up and makes it easier to move and slice your soon to be jumbo sandwich.
- Next, place a slice of bread on the paper, and a leaf of lettuce on it, then top and spread the Ayam Brand Pulled Chicken Mayonnaise over it. Arrange the carrot slices, then top with another yummy layer of Ayam Brand Pulled Chicken Mayonnaise. Follow on with a layer of purple cabbage, and sliced cucumber.
