Ingredients:
- 2 cans Ayam Brand Pulled Chicken Chilli
- Boiled eggs
- Premade pastry sheet, thawed
- 1 can Ayam Brand Sweetcorn Kernel
- 2 sprigs coriander
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- ¼ cup finely grated cheddar
- Eggwash
Preparations:
- Sliced pastry – cut to squares and then into triangles and set aside.
- Add the sliced boiled eggs and mash it with the pulled chicken and mix well the rest of the ingredients.
- On a triangle pastry sheet, add the above chicken mixture and fold the sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 mins until golden brown.
