SUTL Enterprise Limited and UEM Land Berhad through its subsidiary UEM Sunrise Berhad has ventured together as ONE15 Marina Development Berhad and commenced a construction of ONE°15 Marina Puteri Harbour Malaysia on 14th March 2019, graced by His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar accompanied by Johor Menteri Besar, Dato’ Haji Osman Haji Sapian and the Johor state government’s delegation.
SUTL Enterprise Executive Director and CEO, Arthur Tay said, “We look forward to the marina becoming fully operational and attracting waterfront enthusiasts and yachts from all over the world. The upcoming marina will greatly complement our existing ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove in Singapore and create a new buzz for the region’s boating community and all who enjoy life one degree better in a safe and secure private club setting.”
UEM Sunrise’s Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib mentioned that the expansion and development of a world-class marina in Puteri Harbour will add to the vibrancy and attractiveness of Iskandar Puteri and contribute towards transforming Iskandar Puteri into a truly sustainable community.
