Petrosains, The Discovery Centre and X-PLORASI – Petrosains Gift Shop in Suria KLCC as well as The PETRONAS Twin Towers Visit Operations (PeTTVO) and Gift Shop will be temporarily closed beginning today, Wednesday, 14th October 2020 until further notice, following the implementation of the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya from 14th to 27th October 2020.
Petrosains and PeTTVO will provide further updates on the re-opening date once the CMCO period has officially ended.
Petrosains and PeTTVO has been taking extensive precautionary measures since reopening in July that includes limiting their operation hours and visitor capacity, conducting visitor registration and temperature screenings, requiring the use of face masks for visitors and staff as well as continuously cleaning and sanitising the exhibit areas and facilities.
Petrosains and PeTTVO will continue to follow the directives imposed by the Government to help in safeguarding the health and safety of visitors and staff, people of the nation and do its part in helping to curb the COVID-19 pandemic. It will also continue to monitor and assess the situation closely and will provide additional information, as and when necessary.
