Chairman of MyBHA – Johor Chapter, Jarod Chia said in the press conference that the association is looking to make the best out of the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) by promoting their forte – the price. “With only RM63 per night for two pax in any of the 40 boutique hotels all over Johor, domestic tourists will have more added value while travelling around places of interests, locally,” he said, paired with Jom Jalan Johor Day Tour Package ranging from RM48 to RM68 per pax for a day trip at places of interests in Johor with a private MPV or Coach Van.

The promotions from 1st August until 30th September 2020 is also an effort from MyBHA to introduce and increase awareness of affordable legal lodging that are licensed and recognised by the government. Tourism Johor Director, Fizwan Rashidi hinted that the department is proposing to have a COVID-19 SOP certified and trained team for each lodgings to the government in order to ensure safety and it would be announced soon.
