The Rome Garden was adorned with elegance and cultural richness as Kunkwan celebrated its 10th Anniversary Gala Night Dinner with motto “A decade of Language Leadership: Bringing Mandarin to the World.” The event also welcomed distinguished guests, including Tebrau Member of Parliament Jimmy Puah Wee Tse, and renowned artists Diana Danielle and partner Farid Kamil.

MP Jimmy Puah, in his congratulatory speech, praised Kent Ng Kunkwan, the founder and CEO of Kunkwan, for the extraordinary success achieved over the past 10 years. He emphasised the importance of Mandarin as a primary language to be learned alongside Malay and English. Jimmy acknowledged the challenges faced and achievements made by Kunkwan in promoting Mandarin language education.

Diana Danielle, a honoured guest and also a student at Kunkwan International Training Centre, expressed her commitment to learning Mandarin under the guidance of her teacher, Kent Ng. Despite her busy schedule, she commended Kunkwan for offering flexible classes, enabling her to pursue Mandarin studies diligently.

The gala night was not only a celebration of Kunkwan’s journey but also an occasion to honour outstanding achievements within the Kunkwan family. One notable award presented was the “Rising Star 2023”, “Top Sale Of The Year” & Rising Lifetime” bestowed upon a successful family member who received a certificate of achievement and a trophy as a symbol of excellence in their role at Kunkwan.

The atmosphere was filled with pride and accomplishment as attendees witnessed Kunkwan’s dedication to language leadership and its impact on individuals striving to master Mandarin.
