Kimlun Corp Bhd through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kimlun Sdn Bhd, has accepted the award of three construction contracts in Johor with a combined value of RM617.73 million.
The engineering and construction services company stated in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that Permas Jaya Sdn Bhd, Melia Spring Sdn Bhd, and CJ Developments Sdn Bhd awarded them the contracts.
According to a report by The Edge, Melia Spring was said to be awarding the largest value of contract at RM271.55 million for the main building works of two blocks of serviced apartments and ancillary buildings in Mukim Pulai, Johor Bahru. Completion is expected by the third quarter of 2028.
The report continues that Permas Jaya has awarded a RM176.2 million contract for the main building works of two blocks of serviced apartments and ancillary buildings in Mukim Plentong, Johor Bahru, and expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2028.
Meanwhile, CJ Developments has awarded a RM169.98 million contract for infrastructure and building works for terrace houses and shop-offices in Mukim Pulai, Johor Bahru, with completion scheduled for the second quarter of 2028.
