The 10th chapter of the Iskandar Malaysia Leadership Series, with the topic “Innovation, Digitalization, and Entrepreneurship Conference (IDEC) 2023,” was proudly presented by My Iskandar Sdn Bhd on October 10, 2023, in Johor Bahru. This event, which featured a roster of eminent local and international speakers who presented insights on numerous leadership subjects, was a great success.
Duke Training Consultancy (DTC), along with other significant players in the nation, was invited as a supporting partner in a spectacular partnership. Together, they erect booths to serve the visitors to the event.
DTC awarded RM1000 scholarships each to approximately 30 organisations who took part in their activities at the booth. This scholarship programme, with an RM30,000 value in total, showed how dedicated DTC is to supporting learning and team building.
To engage the audience, DTC organised fun activities, with the highlight being “The Wheel of Fortune.” Attendees had the chance to win mysterious gifts, including additional training vouchers that could be redeemed for valuable opportunities.
The conference’s involvement and the wide range of opportunities and activities covered, including grants and funding choices, were praised by the CEO of DTC. The event gave important stakeholders a forum to discuss their experiences and views on navigating the future with an emphasis on the digitalisation and AI era.
He emphasised, “In support of the conference’s main agenda, we are delighted to have offered nearly RM30,000 worth of scholarships to organisations that registered and expressed interest. These scholarships can be utilised for educational and team development purposes.”
