A contract for RM76.65 million has been awarded to Haily Construction Sdn Bhd, the fully owned subsidiary of Haily Group Bhd, for the development and completion of a residential project in Johor.
The company claimed in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that Razin Architects Sdn Bhd submitted the letter of award on behalf of Kews Senibong Sdn Bhd.
Divided into two phases (Phase 1A and 1B), according to Haily, work on Phase 1A will start on 16th July 2024, and the priority area’s work will be finished on 15th March 2025, while the remainder area’s work will be finished on 15th October 2025.
Phase IB will begin upon the superintendent officer’s direction, within 9 months of Phase 1A’s start date. It is scheduled to be completed 22 months after the start date.
