Four Points, a proud member of the SKS Hospitality family, brought the spirit of giving to life during the previous fasting season in March by raising RM29,875 for the National Autism Society of Malaysia (NASOM).

Every plate served as a result of its sincere initiative connected to the Selera Warisan Kampung buffet dinner became a symbol of community and compassion.

RM5 or RM10 was donated through each buffet patron to NASOM, a modest sum that had a significant impact. The money raised will be used directly to support autistic people and the committed teams that support them at all of NASOM’s centres around the country.

“The goal was never just to serve food. It was to create a space where generosity could take root,” said Ishak Yunus, General Manager of Four Points by Sheraton Desaru in a press release. “This campaign reminded us that hospitality isn’t only about service – it’s about showing up for one another,” he added.

According to Four Points, the campaign reflects the wider ethos of SKS Hospitality and its brand promise of #WhereYouBelong – a belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, included, and supported. It is said that through this collaboration with NASOM, Four Points Desaru stood not only as a place to gather but also as a platform to uplift.

“The donation marks more than just a figure. It represents the power of togetherness during a season of reflection – where generosity flowed from the heart of every diner, every team member, and every moment shared.”

“To all who supported the campaign: thank you for making this journey a purposeful one. With each meal, you helped us serve something far greater than flavour – you helped us serve hope.”
