Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas is changing the dining landscape in Desaru Coast by having the first and only brunch promotion. It is a buffet with a difference where you can order as many dishes and times as you want from Sea.Fire.Salt restaurant. A wide range of homemade coolers, fresh juices, mojitos, martinis and beer is available too.

Aiming to give gourmets a unique dining experience, Chef Unaver Unabia – Executive Chef at Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas has curated the Sea.Fire.Salt menu to represent the best and most ideal dishes from each food category. Sea.Fire.Salt is Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas’ signature restaurant serving steaks and fresh seafood. There are 10 varieties of salt to match the different types of meat, salad and fish. The restaurant also carries extensive caviar selection featuring locally farmed sturgeon roe and beluga caviar from Russia, while chilled seafood tower glistens with Irish oysters, Boston lobsters and Chilean mussels.

There are 12 choices of appetisers, eight main courses and four desserts to select from for this Brunch promotion. Diners need to sample the signature items from each category such as Crispy Arancini stuffed with prawns & Caviar, pan-seared Foie Gras, Lobster Egg Benedict, Beef Wellington and Mont Blanc (chocolate). Prices are RM108+ (non-alcohol) and RM398+ (with alcohol) per person.

A guest DJ will be spinning some chill-out music to accompany you throughout the afternoon while you enjoy your long lunch. Children can play by the pool and beach areas. Kids’ menu is also available.
