Country Garden Malaysia-Singapore Region hereby announces a recent management adjustment for the Regional President designation. The predecessor regional president for Malaysia-Singapore region, Peng Guoqiang decided to step down from his position and his newly appointed successor, Chen Binghong is now the new Regional President.
Chen Binghong was formerly overseeing overseas projects. His outstanding achievement in executing and steering the overseas project entitled him to the outstanding Regional President award in 2021. He has been with Country Garden (CG) since 2014, which made him familiar with the company’s corporate culture, business-centric and direction. With the recent changes, CG’s business goal of developing the Malaysian market will remain unwavering. This has not changed the company’s determination and belief in exploring the local market. Moving forward, Country Garden Malaysia-Singapore Region will focus on industrial development and extension.
As Malaysia is now moving to an endemic phase, the Forest City Marina Hotel has also opened its doors to the public, after maintenance and renovation exercises. The resumption of operation comes with several promotions such as a cup of hot drink accompanied with a slice of cake at an affordable price at the Marina Hotel’s lounge. A membership programme for Marina Hotel’s facility has also been launched that includes the usage of the gym, swimming pool access and tour on a tandem by bicycle around the island which offers picturesque scenery of the area.
