In celebration of Warner Bros’ century-long journey of cinematic excellence, Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) announces the exclusive re-release of four classic blockbuster films from July to October 2023 at selected GSC locations.

A total of four classic movies were hand-picked by GSC’s social media followers based on a poll conducted in May 2023. Best known for their compelling storylines and stunning visual effects, best enjoyed on the big screen, revisit and experience with fan-favourite titles once more. Catch Inception on the 6^th of July followed by The Conjuring on the 17^th of August, Interstellar on the 21^st of September and The Dark Knight on 19^th October.

Over 10 selected GSC locations* in Malaysia will showcase these classics once more on the big screens, allowing audiences to immerse themselves in a cinematic experience like no other. This event, while celebrating the legacy of Warner Bros, also plays tribute to the magic of cinema that brings stories to life.

“In celebration of Warner Bros’s 100^th anniversary, we’re thrilled to bring back four favourite classics to the big screen. To commemorate this occasion, we wanted to involve our customers in the selection process and these films were voted by our social media followers. With over 8,000 votes, we believe that this re-release would provide our customers the opportunity to catch these films on the big screen if they missed the original release, or relive the joy of rewatching these classics on the big screen,” said Koh Mei Lee, Chief Executive Officer, Golden Screen Cinemas.

Additionally, in preparation for the release of the new film in the Conjuring Universe, The Nun 2, which is set to release this September 2023, the re-release of The Conjuring is set to build the momentum and reignite the fervor among fans!
