Avira fulfills prospective home buyers’ priorities through its distinctive home design and strategic location in Medini Iskandar
Avira Garden Terraces by E&O (Eastern and Oriental Berhad) launched its second phase of distinct landed residences in Avira Sales Gallery in Medini Iskandar. The event featured interactive activities such as Latte Art demonstration, DIY Pandan Rose workshop and Hama Beads keychain workshop. There was also a unique Live Water Art presentation, the first in Johor Bahru, presented by a fashion illustrator, Clayrene Chan a Johorean based in Singapore.
During the launch event, E&O Senior General Manager, Wayne Wong revealed that the main attraction of the garden terraces is that they are built with wide frontages that invite the outdoors in, with private courtyards and back gardens that flow into linear parks. He added that in line with E&O’s DNA, a lot of attention has been placed in the design, where spacious courtyards brighten the houses with natural light.
Looking at Iskandar Puteri as a developing region, Wayne said, “There are two main clusters in Iskandar Puteri. Puteri Harbour is one of the clusters, with a lot of activities and it has its own selling point with the marina and the view of the sea. The next cluster will be in Medini, especially where Avira is. You see a lot of things being launched and put into place. For example, we have the Sunway International School and Jaya Grocer in Sunway Citrine.”
Wayne believes that a lot of home owners are attracted to the Avira project because they are looking for houses with good designs in a location where there are options for a variety of schools. “Phase B are mostly sold to parents who are planning to send their children to nearby international schools and universities in EduCity. Besides, it is the design and the quality of lifestyle which suits the home owners. Avira is gated and guarded, with clubhouse access.”
