Mushroom Pasta

We recently received a set of Alce Nero products and decided to try out a simply recipe using available pantry items. It can be easily made with your child – of course with adult supervision! Feel free to add some proteins if you like.



 Alce Nero Organic Wheat Pasta (quantity as per pax)

Alce Nero Organic Olive Oil

Alce Nero Apple Cider Vinegar (optional)

Alce Nero Pasta Sauce with Vegetables

Mushrooms – sliced

Broccoli – chopped

3 – 4 garlic pieces – sliced

Salt & Pepper to taste

*Parmesan cheese / chilli flakes (optional)


  1. Firstly, boil the Alce Nero Organic Wheat Pasta in salted water till al dente. Reserve the pasta water.
  2. In a frying pan, add some olive oil, followed by the sliced garlic – creating it as garlic infused oil.
  3. Next, add in the sliced mushrooms and broccoli, sauté it until cooked by adding some pasta water).
  4. After that, add a dash of Alce Nero Apple Cider Vinegar (optional) and the Pasta Sauce. Mix well. Add some pasta water if it’s too dry.
  5. Add seasonings, then add the cooked pasta and mix well with the sauce. At this stage, you may add some parmesan cheese or chilli flakes if you have as toppings. Serve warm.
